At Advocates for Success, we believe that employment is an essential part of living a fulfilling life. That's why our team is dedicated to helping individuals maintain successful employment in their community. We provide on-the-job support to ensure that our clients have the necessary skills and tools to succeed in their workplace.

Our team understands that finding and maintaining a job can be challenging, particularly for individuals with developmental disabilities. That's why we provide regular check-ins with both the individual and their employer to ensure that our clients are meeting expectations and have the necessary support to succeed in their position. We work closely with employers to develop strategies that help our clients excel in their job and feel supported in their work environment.

As a certified Employment First provider, we are equipped to provide job coaching, career planning, and job development services. Our job coaches work with our clients to identify their strengths, interests, and career goals. We then develop a personalized plan to help them achieve their goals, whether that be finding a new job or advancing in their current position.

We also provide job development services to help individuals find and secure employment opportunities. Our team works with local employers to identify job openings and match them with qualified candidates from our program. We provide support and guidance throughout the application and interview process to ensure that our clients have the best chance of securing the job they want.
