HPC- Home Personal Care
Our team is dedicated to supporting you in developing the independent living skills you need to thrive in your home environment, including tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene. Additionally, we offer opportunities for community integration tailored to your interests and needs.

Supported Employment
Our team is committed to helping individuals maintain successful employment in their community through on-the-job support, including regular check-ins with both the individual and their employer. We are also proud to be certified in Employment First, allowing us to provide job coaching, career planning, and job development services.

We have created a one-of-a-kind drumming program that offers a multitude of benefits to those who choose to participate. Our program provides a positive outlet for individuals to channel their energy, emotions and thoughts, encouraging a sense of unity and connectedness among participants.
